Practical Experience
The practical part of the course teaches the students how to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired to the work of a graduate court registrar. Provided education level and ability permit, the students are permitted to carry out an increasing amount of practical work themselves. The practical part of the course is also supplemented by working groups.
Stage: (Practical)
Duration: 12 months
Period: September of the second year of the course till August of the third year of the course.
Stage (Practical) takes place at a District Court and in a Public Prosecutor's office (in Baden-Württemberg at a Notary/Land
Registry as well).
